Philly Pull Apart Pretzel Roll Recipe

Soft, baked, salted pretzel buns are filled with juicy Steak-EZE® Redi-Steak® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef and melted mozzarella then topped with sautéed peppers and onions for added flavor. Pull them apart and dip into rich, creamy yellow queso for satisfying, indulgent bites.

3 OZ.Steak-EZE® Redi-Steak® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef 4/2.5 lb.
4 OZ.Yellow Queso Dip with Jalapeño and Red Peppers (Commercially Available)
2 OZ.Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 OZ.Sauteed Peppers and Onions - Frozen (Commercially Prepared)
Directions

Step 1: Heat Steak-EZE® Redi-Steak® sliced beef according to your preference. For best results, boil or steam in bag. For safety, ensure product is heated to 165°F.

Step 2: Heat yellow queso according to manufacturer's instructions. Hold hot for service.

Step 3: Heat peppers and onions according to manufacturer's instructions. Hold hot for service.

Step 4: Score pretzel rolls in an "X" and stuff with shredded mozzarella and sliced beef.

Step 5: Preheat convection oven to 350°F. Bake stuffed pretzel 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with peppers and onions and additional sliced beef.

Step 6: To eat, pull apart and dip in queso served on the side.
